Cadence Capital Management is a New York based investment firm focused on concentrated public equity investing. We run a small portfolio of high conviction positions, most often large cap companies, where we believe the market is mispricing the path of fundamentals and valuation.

Our edge is process and portfolio construction. We look for a clear setup, improving economics, strong free cash flow, and a catalyst that can close the gap. Every idea is pressure tested through structured debate, with explicit decision rules for when to add, trim, or exit. Risk management is built in. Positions are sized to conviction and liquidity, and we cut exposure quickly when evidence turns against us.

Cadence is built for compounding, not constant activity. We aim to capture the upside of a few exceptional businesses while limiting permanent impairment through discipline, repeatability, and transparency.
